Phone and web apps
Apps with the ADNEX, IETA, and EPC models for ovarian, endometrial, and early pregnancy assessment.
Gynaia’s decision-support apps provide clinicians with easy-to-use, clinical-grade tools for gynecological ultrasound. Designed for both novice and experienced users, the apps support accurate, standardized assessments across ovarian, endometrial, and early-pregnancy care. They are part of the wider Gynaia ecosystem that brings training, certification, and evidence-based models together in one place.

Who It’s For & How It Fits Into Practice
Who it's for
The apps are used by sonographers, gynecologists, radiologists, and clinicians in both secondary and tertiary settings. They support decision-making during the patient visit as well as afterwards during reporting.
Across phone, tablet, browser & ultrasound Machine
Gynaia’s tools are also deployed with leading ultrasound instrument providers, giving clinicians the flexibility to use them directly on compatible machines or independently on their personal devices.
Best Practices
By applying standardized terminology and validated prediction models, the apps help remove subjectivity, improve triage, and promote consistent, high-quality assessments.
Clinical grade solutions
Each model within the app follows its own regulatory pathway, and availability differs by region based on local approvals. Access is limited to clinicians who have completed the required IOTA training and certification to ensure correct use of medical-grade tools.
Your questions, answered
Do I need certification to use the apps?
For use in a patient context, access is limited to clinicians who have completed the necessary IOTA training and certification, and in regions where we have obtained regulatory approval.
During your training and education, access is restricted to learning purposes.
Which models are included?
The app provides access to all Gynaia tools, including ADNEX2, IETA, and the early-pregnancy care models M6/PUL and PUV. Availability varies by region depending on regulatory approvals, and access depends on the membership programme(s) you have enrolled with.
Can I use the models on my ultrasound machine?
In many cases, yes. We work with leading manufacturers to offer on-instrument use. Instrument partners help guide people to the required training and certification programmes.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app remains fully functional with poor or no internet connection.
This requires that you install the app, not just use it via the browser. The knowledge base has installation instructions.
Which devices and operating systems are supported?
The app runs in any modern browser and works on phones, tablets, and computers across all major operating systems.
No installation, permission settings, or configuration is needed. If you can access websites, you can access the decision support tools.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation is required. The app is fully web-based.
If desired, you can install it on your phone or tablet as well, in order to have it available offline. It will then live on your phone’s home screen like a native app and work offline.
